Pre-sales / opportunity study of new projects or requests for upgrades to be integrated into Group Data Lake roadmaps:
- Conducting workshops and demonstrations to define business requirements (in order to identify needs or the expected user experience VS existing products).
- Contribution to Big Data CDS value propositions/solutions for the customer (advice on the use of existing products within Big Data CDS)
Leading the instruction or implementation of solutions proposed by the CDS :
- Contribution to the "possible solutions" section of the OP appraisal file, and advice on the proposal preferred by the Big Data CDS.
- Support/coaching of CDS and business teams in the use of the products and tools mobilized in the solutions sought
In charge of the instruction or realization of base/product evolutions to be anticipated by the CDS :
- Contribution to the PO Socle's "vision of possible solutions and advice on the customer experience to be guaranteed during product releases" appraisal file.
- Support/coaching of CDS teams in the use of products and tools mobilized in the core solutions/products sought
