Customer context :
Within the customer's IT Department, the mission of the IT Operations Division is to provide solutions and services at a level of quality validated with internal customers, at the best possible cost, while guaranteeing their scalability.
- Implement the master plan for each family of infrastructure components within the scope and ensure its scalability
- Contribute to the definition of the technical architecture and ensure its coherence and proper integration within the IS.
- Study and propose solutions
- Defining standards
- Ensure that documentation and procedures are up to date and comply with current standards
- Interface with various internal requestors on technical projects
- Delegate standard operations to production teams and design and implement "customized" operations
- Ensure level 3 support for deployed solutions and products and capitalize on problem management by organizing delegation to the production department in order to guarantee responsiveness and the non-reproduction of incidents.
- Manage suppliers providing support and technical projects
- Implement and contribute to the development of the team's key processes: capacity planning, obsolescence, renewal, optimization of installed base.
- Monitor performance, capacity planning, licensing, etc., metrics for its scope.
